Just a really small post for you guys here on itch.

The main downloads have all been updated with a healthy amount of bugfixes, typos, and a few feature changes. All reported bugs have been fixed so hopefully there aren't any more left. As a note - I'm always available on discord if you run into any issues - I try to tackle them as quickly as I can.

As far as features - there's a few changes from the original CH4 release. First, there was a small change to the objectives menu. During  free-roam events, the objective menu occasionally updates with new tasks (ones that are hidden until others are completed). Now whenever a new task is added, you'll notice a small "!" by the objective menu icon - letting you know there are new tasks available.

There's also a new app available on the phone - a statistics app! This will show you a number for your current alignment (If you're not sure what that is, read on!) as well as a rough idea of your current status with all the potential LI's (or side girls) in the game. They won't be listed until their paths are actually available - or at least until you meet them for the first time. (Or can meet them - some like Shana you can actually bypass meeting her until later). Your status for now is represented by emoticons - various ones will give you a hint towards how those characters feel about you at any given time. Generally if you see an angry or sad face, you've usually missed your chance with that character.

The statistics app will probably be iterated on multiple times over the course of development - it's also entirely optional! If you would prefer to play completely blind, you can disable the app in the options menu at any time.

In addition, the help menu has been updated a bit. There's now a new section that will give brief recaps of different features in the game and how they work. (Remember I said read on? A brief overview of the alignment system is talked about there!)

Finally, the bios app has been changed quite a bit. It's not finalized - currently there's some minor display bugs. The new bios works the same, but the display is quite different. At the moment there are some minor visual errors (they don't affect functionality at all) and I may end up reverting back to the old system for CH5. For now I'm testing out the new bios page, and if people don't like it, or I can't manage to fix the errors I may revert back to the old one.
